Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

We take care to package your order thoughtfully; however, we cannot guarantee temperature conditions during transit. Please ensure your remedies are brought inside promptly upon delivery and stored correctly to maintain their integrity.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel. While we will do our best to support you, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
