Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our homeopathic medicines, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at customercare@electrasomos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

When travelling, you may choose to keep remedies in a Faraday pouch or wrapped in layers of foil for added protection.
At airport security, you can request hand inspection instead of placing them through the scanner, where possible.

Why is alcohol used in Homeopathic medicines?
Alcohol is used as a preservative to uphold the quality, integrity, longevity and stability of the medicine, it can also prevent contamination.
How do I administer homoeopathic medicines for infants?
Firmly shake the bottle, then add a few drops of the homeopathic medicine into a clean glass of water. Use one teaspoon of this water and administer the homeopathic medicine.
If possible, administer under the tongue for direct absorption- 15 minutes away from consuming anything orally.
How do I antidote a homoeopathic medicine?
In the rare case that you may need to antidote the medicine, we advise you to contact your health care professional/homoeopath immediately.
Substances such as coffee, mint and toothpaste, can be used to antidote homoeopathic medicines.
What do I do if I am hypersensitive?
If you are hypersensitive, we strongly recommend you consult your health care professional or homoeopath.
Traditionally, olfaction was used in some cases for hypersensitive patients.
