- 300 hour Yoga teacher training; Hatha, Pregnancy and Yin

Modern Movement

- Matrix Energetics 

- Access Consciousness- The Bars 

- Pellowah- Level 3 Teacher- DNA healing 

- Forensic Healing (currently completing her training) 

She has continued her love for learning and studied an extensive list of modalities beyond these, weaving them into her sessions.

Motherhood has been her greatest teacher, with her two beloved children sparking her evolving iterations and offerings.
